Make SurfaceFlinger tracing synchronous by default There are few reports of async sf tracing crashing. Make the tracing sync by default until we can make async tracing more robust. Bug: 174208080 Test: run sf trace on hwasan builds Change-Id: I0593d72c230ae34e93b41c1d8e6fd241bf74e31d
