Camera: Enhance camera atoms for system health Introduce camera system health atoms, including: - Camera open, close, and session creation time - Camera session and stream combination information, - Stream statistics: - stream width, height, format, dataspace, usage flag, - max buffer count - buffer loss - first frame latency.
