Add 'fullbackup' to bmgr's usage statement Also make it handle the list of packages to be backed up as a single multiple-app argument to fullTransportBackup() rather than N calls each backing up one app. Change-Id: I9fe4d5caca54fafef70ffe9af4c26e3941dc5d26
