New intent for microphone mute change notification
AudioManager: define ACTION_MICROPHONE_MUTE_CHANGED.
AudioService:
- broadcast intent when setMicrophoneMute() is called
with FLAG_RECEIVER_REGISTERED_ONLY.
- remove outdated (invalid) comments.
