Let AppTransition has its own Handler.

The CL is for the preparation of per display AppTransition refectoring.

It includes:
- Add Handler for processing AppTransition related messages.
- Moving APP_TRANSITION_TIMEOUT & DO_ANIMATION_CALLBACK logics from
  WMS to AppTransition class.
