FP4: Pin modified vendor.qti.hardware.camera.postproc@1.0-service-impl.bitra.so

The modified library NOPs out the instruction to change binder
threadpool, allowing the library to load and camera to work on S.

Command used:
$ SigScan -p "13 0a 00 94" -P "1F 20 03 D5" -f vendor.qti.hardware.camera.postproc@1.0-service-impl.bitra.so
