widevine: Switch to AIDL version of widevine HAL This reverts commit e9efc89c3dec46486eaa6dbff674b5f9b3d1c4e8. Recent change in GTS now enforces all devices running Android 13 with vndk set to 33 to use the AIDL version of widevine HAL. This breaks L1 on axolotl since it's incompatible with v15 version of OEMCrypto. Change-Id: I948fd8791be687a1ef2610437fb6369d9292a220
