QcomModulePkg: Remove abl target from compilation list As the signing tools are part of a different project, abl PHONY target cannot sign the image in edk2. Remove the redundant abl target from edk2 project as the default aboot is available through device common project. Change-Id: Ie6a0bcff303e47f9a0b5c7071c97c886bfa9a5e7
