fault_handler: use SafeCopy to verify the validity of ArtMethod. Reimplement ArtMethod::GetDeclaringClassUnchecked and VerifyClassClass in terms of SafeCopy, to be able to safely verify the validity of putative ArtMethods in FaultManager::IsInGeneratedCode.
