Don't use prejit for jit-at-first-use. It conflicts with an optimization for jitzygote. Left a TODO as I intend that optimization to be removed in the near future. Test: test.py 676-proxy-jit-at-first-use Bug: 119800099 Change-Id: I465ae63b6ecd0068ae3e4786a544e23126a65f53
