Remove unused code related to method entry / exit events This Cl: - Drops this_object and dex_pc arguments for MethodExitEvent which aren't used in any of the listeners. - Removes the code to maintain dex_pcs_ which were earlier used by MethodEnteredEvent but are no longer used.
