QcomModulePkg: PatchGpt based on block size. Patch last usable block and partition entries block, based on block size rather than hardcoding it for 512 bytes which was only considering for eMMC storage device. Change-Id: I7d73c7a99417827beae05d9c68174ec41db086a7
