QcomModulePkg: Secure call to Hyp to disable HYP uart logging Linux kernel Secure call to disable Hyp uart logging is resulting in race condition and due to which hyp is getting unclocked access fault on uart. Disable UART from apps bootloader. Change-Id: Ib18b105f6e10af64628d34541ae84c1c462ec09b
