QcomModulePkg: Update Granule size in devicetree from RamPartitions Granule information from DDR part is required for supporting PASR (Partial Array Self Refresh) feature in kernel. Bootloader requests the granule information through RamPartition protocol and update the device tree node in kernel. Change-Id: I547af929a30763325467e2cb50326ab2b76a8264
