Add bootmenu and Usb projects

bootmenu is ready for ICS and Usb.apk ics branch was reviewed
on MotoMagic gerrit for motorola owners review.

Usb switcher is still required and can be compatible with the
new usb system. It adds some checks in the gadgets switching process
