manifest: Fork dalvik to CM. Since test coverage verification through cts requires static analysis through dexdeps, fork dalvik to be able to modify the tools. Change-Id: I5c791126b310d3d9f4c3d270e5c9f1a2c52e3b21 TICKET: CYNGNOS-2189
